I’m Kara Lushear, MBA, SRES®, ABR®, PSA, a Realtor® and Real Estate Advisor based in Winter Springs, Florida, serving Winter Springs, Oviedo, Seminole County, and the greater Orlando area.

My Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) designation supports my work with buyers, while my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification strengthens the pricing and market-analysis guidance I provide to both buyers and sellers.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, home building, and community development, I bring both industry knowledge and local perspective to every move. My background includes experience with the development of new-home communities, including several 55+ Del Webb communities throughout Central Florida.

I’m honored to be a 2026 Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society recipient and to currently rank among the top 50 Realtors in Seminole County for 2026 year-to-date single-family home transactions, based on Stellar MLS data.
