I've been in the real estate and home building industry for over 20 years, and I truly love what I do. Helping people buy, sell, and invest in homes across Central Florida is more than just a job-it's my passion.

I'm a proud UCF Knight with a degree in Organizational Communication and an MBA. I've lived in both Seminole and Orange Counties since 1998, so I know the area inside and out. Whether you're a first-time home buyer, a seasoned investor, or somewhere in between, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

In addition to helping clients, I'm also a real estate investor with experience in both long-term and short-term rentals, as well as 1031 exchanges. I love sharing what I've learned to help others build wealth through real estate.

One of my favorite parts of the job is helping sellers get their homes market-ready. I enjoy working on home projects and can help you figure out which updates will make the biggest impact before you list.

Outside of real estate, I'm all about family. I've been married to my husband, Brian, for nearly 20 years-we'll be celebrating our anniversary this July! We have two amazing teenage boys: Colin, who will be a freshman, and Andrew, who's heading into his senior year-both at Winter Springs High School.

When I'm not working, you'll probably find me spending time with my family and friends, catching a live music show, or enjoying a Broadway performance. I'm also a bit of a DIY enthusiast and always have a home project (or two) in the works.
