I’m Kara Lushear, MBA, SRES®, ABR®, PSA, a Realtor® and Real Estate Advisor based in Winter Springs, serving Winter Springs, Oviedo, Seminole County, and the greater Orlando area.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, home building, and community development, I specialize in helping clients who want more than a transaction—including seniors and families navigating downsizing or the sale of a longtime home, first-time homebuyers, sellers preparing for market, and homeowners planning their next chapter.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I have additional training focused on the real estate needs of older adults and their families. I also hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) designation and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification.
