I’m Kara Lushear, MBA, SRES®, ABR®, PSA, HFR, a Realtor® and Real Estate Advisor based in Winter Springs, serving Winter Springs, Oviedo, Seminole County, and the greater Orlando area.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, home building, and community development, I specialize in helping clients who want more than a transaction—including seniors and families navigating downsizing or the sale of a longtime home, first-time homebuyers, sellers preparing for market, and homeowners planning their next chapter.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I have additional training focused on the real estate needs of older adults and their families. I also hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) designation, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, and Home Finance Resource (HFR) certification, which provides additional training in helping clients better understand financing options and the home-buying process.

My approach is educational, practical, personalized, and never pressure-based. From pricing and preparation to home searches, negotiation, inspections, and closing, my goal is to make sure my clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
